The staff's warm welcome and attention to detail were commendable, reflecting true Italian hospitality.The room, while clean and cozy, lacked some modern amenities like an iron and tea/coffee facilities. However, the complimentary breakfast spread was generous, including a variety of beverages. The absence of in-room breakfast was compensated by the diverse offerings in the lounge area.The property's location inside the castle was unparalleled, adding a touch of exclusivity to the experience. While the quality-price ratio was good, the lack of certain amenities may not justify a luxurious price tag. Guests seeking value on luxury might find this intriguing spot worthy of a visit.
